As we all know, Zhejiang Petrochemical is a very representative large enterprise in the petrochemical industry, with a registered capital of 55.8 billion yuan and a total investment of 173 billion yuan in the leading 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project, mainly for the construction of crude oil terminals, storage, transportation, refining/chemical production, processing, product export and service supporting facilities.



The technical transformation is the No.2 circulating water plant of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company, with a total of 7 water pumps. Before the technical transformation, the total power consumption was 10872 KW, and the measured circulating water supply flow was 58000m 3/H.
After on-site mapping, investigation and calculation by our company, the cause of high energy consumption was found, and finally the energy-saving transformation was carried out by using 2.0 energy-saving technology to re-open the mold and select materials, improve the impeller work, adjust the valve, optimize the pipe resistance, local pressurization and other technical methods.
After the successful transformation, the power is reduced to 5431.1 KW on the premise of unchanged flow, which can save 5440 KW per hour, and the power saving rate is as high as 50%. The whole system runs stably, which not only reduces the cavitation and noise of the pump, but also improves the efficiency and service life of the pump, and has been unanimously praised by the manufacturers!
